What delivery methods do you offer? 

We offer delivery with DHL and Budbee.

What happens if I personally can not pick up my package?

If you yourself are unable to pick up your package, the person who is picking it up must bring both their own and the recipient's identification to the delivery point.

How much does the shipping cost

Budbee home delivery: 79 SEK (0 SEK for orders over 1000 SEK)
DHL service point: 59 SEK (0 SEK for orders over 1000 SEK)

For unclaimed packages or failed delivery attempts, Mateus charges a fee of 250 SEK / 250 NOK / €25.

DHL service point: 79 NOK (0 NOK for orders over 1000 NOK)

Budbee home delivery: €8 (€0 for orders over €150)

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Where do I find the tracking number for my order?

When your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number, you can use it to follow the progress of your shipment on the shipping providers tracking page.


How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Standard delivery time, unless otherwise stated, is 1–3 business days within Sweden. For other countries, 2–5 business days. Please note that this is only an estimate, and delivery may arrive earlier or later than stated.

Transport damage or other questions regarding shipping.

If a product is damaged upon delivery, please contact customercare@mateuscollection.com within 5 working days. Give us your order number and a picture of the damaged product and we will help you further.
